What file formats do you accept?
We recommend that you upload your image in JPG, PNG or PDF .
If you experience problems uploading the image, you can send it to our email after the order has been placed.
What image quality should I upload?
For best results, we recommend uploading a high-resolution image (at least 300 DPI) .
The higher the quality of the image, the sharper and more beautiful the print on the metal plate.
But don't worry — if your image isn't 300 DPI , we offer a free AI upscaling that automatically improves the sharpness and detail of the image, so you still get a great result.
What happens if my image has a transparent background?
If your uploaded image has a transparent background , the background of your metal poster will be white .
This is because our metal sheets have a white coating , which ensures that the colors appear clear and sharp, while the transparent part automatically turns white.
Can I return a custom metal poster?
Since your poster is made especially for you , it cannot be returned or exchanged .
However, if there is an error in the printing or damage during shipping , we will of course replace the product free of charge.
